The Neahusan Clan

A little bit about us . . .

Sean

Proud Papa
Law School Grad.
Says what he's thinking (for better or worse).  He wants to be a prosecutor some day, maybe even a judge.  But he will NEVER grow up.

Update:  Sean is a prosecuting district attorney for Washoe County here in Reno, and he loves it!

Aspen

A whoppin' ELEVEN years old!  She's a born leader and a great friend.  She's imaginative, crafty, and always stubborn.  She wants to be an entomologist or an English professor.

Update:  Aspen's goofier and more sarcastic than ever, but such a big help.  Entomology's not her thing anymore, but she still loves English.  Her new big interests are playing her violin and architecture.

Celeste

EIGHT years old.
She's our out-spoken, larger-than-life, rogue with absolutely no geek reflex.  She wants to be a gymnast or a teacher, or better yet a gymnastic teacher!

Update:  Celeste is a crazy mix of energetic tom-boy athleticism, combined with the desire for fashion and peer acceptance, with a sprinkle of over-helpfulness, and a dash of destructiveness.

Eli

Coming soon!

Andrea

Mommy
Landscape Architecture
She's quieter, meticulous, more serious.  Who knows what she wants.  A job? More school?  Another kid? (just a glutton for punishment).

Update:  "Another kid" won out.  Fifth child:  Eli Neahusan!

Kylee

NINE years old
Her beautiful red hair is shorter, but as lovely as ever.  She's our sweet, lovable, peacemaker.  She wants to be a veterinarian, an artist, and a mommy.

Update:  New glasses, long hair, and more spunk!  These are good things.  But when she's had enough, watch out!  The tranquil breathtaking mountain that is usually Kylee can unexpectedly erupt into a volcano.  She's also developing her sense of humor.  Out of nowhere her dry, witty response will surprise crack everyone up.

Will

FIVE years old.
He's full of silly, rambunctious energy.  His laugh is infectious while his screaming is utterly toxic.  He wants to be a race car driver or airplane pilot.

Update:  Will is more confident, more calm, and more eager to help.  He's still a little O.C.D.  He suddenly reads awesomely.  Every month there's a different thing he wants to be, a firefighter, a builder, an artist, a fixer, who knows what it will be next month.  I'm still thinking engineer or architect.
